One example is Maintenance. Most companies just replace a
filter, and leave. At PAC we pull up our sleeves and actually get
our hands dirty! We perform tasks like greasing motor bearings
properly, scrubbing coils, checking and adjusting belt tension,
cleaning electrical chambers, removing burners and cleaning
the orifices, combustion chambers, checking fuel pressure, air
pressure and combustion.
You name it. We follow ACCA 180 Commercial Maintenance
Standards and never skip a step. We do not allow even the
highest paid PAC technician to get away with not getting inside
of a unit and performing a deep quality maintenance. We do
not allow our technicians to upsell items that are not needed.
We do not incentivize technicians based on sales and numbers,
but by the quality work they put into their job. Our Team not
only enforces proper communication from the technicians to
our clients, but we train them on the importance of it and our
technicians actually get it.
Our company is still growing and constantly changing to meet
new energy requirements as well as new technology.
Philco Air Control also requires in house hands on and
classroom with each technician to educate them on how the
older technology worked so they have a full understanding of
each type of system.
